The Ultimate Rabbit Hole #122

Happy Saturday!

How has your week been? I’m hoping not too stressful, and that your weekend has a healthy serving of self care thrown in 🙂 This weekend I have a 1st birthday to go to, some markets to scour, and lazy mornings with coffee in bed planned!

Make sure to check out the wonderful links from the rest of my trusty co-hosts, Sam at The Annoyed Thyroid, Shari at Good Food Week and Paula at The Geeky Shopaholic.

Here are my favourite links of the week! 🙂

What do female friendships mean, and how are they so different to male friendships?

One way to reduce post natal depression may be to stop the pressure we put on women to all be ‘natural’ mothers.

Not where you want to be in life? Stop blaming outside events and check your mindset!

Bullet journalling is all the rage, and here are 20 things you can put in them.

Love this post on self care in the workplace. It is so important to remember to take care of YOU!

Sick of your ‘look’? Perhaps you can build confidence with a new one.

There should be no shame around getting your period, yet there is still is, especially with teen girls. Perhaps a period emoji can start the conversation?

My morning routine could definitely use some improvements. Here are 25 30-second ways to have a healthier morning 🙂

Every Saturday morning, we will open up the rabbit hole link up for bloggers to add their link list posts or even just their favourite post (if you are not of the link list kind) for the week. Please link only one post. This makes it fair for everyone and allows more posts to be read. Talking of reading, do try and pop along to say howdee to some of the other lovely linkers. This week, you can link up here or bob on over and say hello to Sam at The Annoyed Thyroid, Shari at Good Food Week and Paula at The Geeky Shopaholic. It doesn’t matter where you add your link because it will appear on all four blogs, as if by magic! The link up will stay open until midnight the following Monday.

Let’s get linking!

I love those 30 second ways for a healthier morning! Sounds like you have a fun weekend ahead. We’re running and netflix binging – it’s all about balance, right?! Have a good one!

    1. Jess

My weekend was a lot of Netflix, not so much balance….haha.

  2. Sarah @ Tomfo

I love those 30 second ways for a healthier morning too, the only one I might omit is no 22…. because, I’m old lol!
Have a wonderful weekend and thanks for the tips, I’m going to use them x

  3. Shari from GoodFoodWeek

My sister and I still call our periods ‘things’. Like ‘I’ve just got my thing, do you have any ‘things’?’ A language that we used when we first got them and still talk to one another using it.

Haha isn’t it funny how we all have our own words for our periods?
