How has your week been? I’m hoping not too stressful, and that your weekend has a healthy serving of self care thrown in 🙂 I’m planning on going for a walk, brunch with friends, and time planning out my week over coffee.

  1. I love those affirmations! I’m a big fan of using affirmations each day as part of my morning routine, particularly at the moment with the ‘blahs’ setting in now that we have returned to our regular routine after the school holidays.

  3. Hello there, it’s been such a big week for us and followed by a very quiet weekend. We’ve moved to Orange for most of this year and it’s a big change from the Sydney suburbs. My husband and I are delirious but it’s been tough on our ten year old twins. They got on very well at their new school but their stress comes out in bickering with each other… much love needed all round.
