About Jess
Hello there, I am so happy and humbled that you have found my site and want to read more about me. My name is Jessica McCallum, and I am a Clinical Psychologist currently working in Hobart, Australia. I love my profession, my job, and I am incredibly lucky to meet and help such a wide range of people every day. I work with adults, children, and teens in private practice, with teen mental health being a particular passion. In the online world I focus on women’s wellbeing, wanting to help build up their sense of identity, confidence, and self care routines.
Mental health does not discriminate; it affects all ages, genders, races, religions, and personalities. But I believe that everyone has the potential to be satisfied with themselves and happy with their lives, and if I can help them reach that realisation, then I’m doing my job.
Confident Life is a place where people can come to feel empowered, receive knowledge and support regarding relationships, self esteem, strengths, careers, values, and mental health issues, and feel a sense of community and realise that they are not alone.
We all have the potential to live our most Confident Life.
