The Ultimate Rabbit Hole #111

Happy Saturday!

How has your week been? I’m hoping not too stressful, and that your weekend has a healthy serving of self care thrown in 🙂

Make sure to check out the wonderful links from the rest of my trusty co-hosts, Sam at The Annoyed Thyroid, Shari at Good Food Week and Paula at The Geeky Shopaholic.

Ok, now over to MY favourite links of the week 🙂

Do you think you have improved with age? I’m sure all of us would like to say yes, but the research has some mixed results.

I am so keen to see Get Out when it hits the cinemas in Aus, I have read amazing things about it. Especially this article which interviews 11 interracial couples after seeing the movie.

How mindful are you of your sense of touch? Tuning in to your senses is a great way of bringing yourself back into the moment.

Love this article on my #1 myth of minimalism. It has ignited my desire to do a big tidy/throw out at home.

Got your self care sorted this weekend? If not, here are 21 self care practices for the mind, body, and soul.

This is a wonderful article on the 7 things productive people do to succeed. I definitely need to pick up my game with several of these!

Speaking of productivity, I often discourage multitasking with clients, as it actually reduces your productivity levels.

A thought provoking post on creating your sacred life plan. To be honest, I don’t think much past this month, and I would love to be looking further ahead.

Are you being negative without realising it? Try not to get stuck in the same patterns of complaining, venting, and judging. And if you’re negative because you’re stuck in a rut, here are some ways out of it.

Every Saturday morning, we will open up the rabbit hole link up for bloggers to add their link list posts or even just their favourite post (if you are not of the link list kind) for the week. Please link only one post. This makes it fair for everyone and allows more posts to be read. Talking of reading, do try and pop along to say howdee to some of the other lovely linkers. This week, you can link up here or bob on over and say hello to Sam at The Annoyed Thyroid, Shari at Good Food Week and Paula at The Geeky Shopaholic. It doesn’t matter where you add your link because it will appear on all four blogs, as if by magic! The link up will stay open until midnight the following Monday.

Let’s get linking!

Now I want to see Get Out too. It was so interesting to see how the couples responded and of course, I loved that Minimalism post. Hope your weekend is full of awesome!

Yes the article certainly made me think. Hope you have a good one too!

  2. Sarah @ Tomfo

I LOVE that minimalist post, I’m cleaning the house this weekend so it’s a great thing to have in the back of my head to get rid of things we don’t really need, plus then I don’t have to clean them! Lol! Happy weekend x
