The Ultimate Rabbit Hole #112

Happy Saturday!

How has your week been? I’m hoping not too stressful, and that your weekend has a healthy serving of self care thrown in 🙂

Make sure to check out the wonderful links from the rest of my trusty co-hosts, Sam at The Annoyed Thyroid, Shari at Good Food Week and Paula at The Geeky Shopaholic.

Ok, now over to MY favourite links of the week 🙂

Love this list of 25 self care blog posts to read (and grateful one of mine was included)

If you have been through grief, you may have felt like you are losing your mind. Don’t worry, this is a normal feeling.

How are you with money? Creating a positive relationship with money will make such a difference in your life, how many of these tips do you follow?

Being a business owner can be STRESSFUL! Make sure you are still taking care of yourself with these 25 ways to practice self care as an entrepreneur.

Speaking of, the imposter syndrome as an entrepreneur is real and can really flare up that inner critic. Learn to believe in yourself and fight Imposter Syndrome.

A powerful piece on the need for self-respect as well as self love/care. “I would rather strive, instead, for self-respect — a deep and profound understanding of who I really am and a pledge to myself to reflect that core in the decisions I make.”

I bet you haven’t considered the gym as a great place to practice mindfulness. “Whether you are a regular at the gym or only go occasionally, mindfulness can improve your workout. It’s easy to focus on how far we are from our perfect weight or shape. Instead, use your workout to cultivate physical strength, awareness and acceptance.”

I’m an organised person, but man I get into procrastination traps! I need these 8 time management tips for sure.

This made me laugh! A bookstore is using clickbait headings to get interest in literary classics. “Teenager girl tricked boyfriend into killing himself” (Romeo and Juliet anyone?)

Every Saturday morning, we will open up the rabbit hole link up for bloggers to add their link list posts or even just their favourite post (if you are not of the link list kind) for the week. Please link only one post. This makes it fair for everyone and allows more posts to be read. Talking of reading, do try and pop along to say howdee to some of the other lovely linkers. This week, you can link up here or bob on over and say hello to Sam at The Annoyed Thyroid, Shari at Good Food Week and Paula at The Geeky Shopaholic. It doesn’t matter where you add your link because it will appear on all four blogs, as if by magic! The link up will stay open until midnight the following Monday.

Let’s get linking!

I use the gym/exercise as my way to practice mindfulness as I’m not good at mindful breathing. Activity is more my style. Thanks for the links. Hope you’re having a lovely weekend! 🙂
